At Black Swamp Leather Company LLC, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please email us at mike@blackswampleather.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return

Important Notes:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

 I'm sorry but the "Limited Edition" items are a one of a kind only and can not be recreated the same way, these items can not be replaced as they were.
