Return Policy

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes things happen. If you receive your order and no longer want it. You can return the order within 14 days for a full refund. We do not refund the shipping cost so please be aware of this ahead of time. The return needs to be in its original packaging and a receipt must be included with the package. 

Conditions that may result in only partial refunds include damaged or missing parts or items not in original condition not due to our error. 

 

REFUNDING 

Once we receive your returned order we will email you notification that we have received it and are reviewing it. After reviewing the items we make a decision and notify you of the approval or rejection of the return.

After a refund is determined the cost will be credited back to you according to the method used for payment of the order withing a reasonable amount of time. Typically 2-3 business days.

 

LATE OR MISSING RETURNS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at mike@blackswampholsters.com and send your item to:

 I'm sorry but the "Limited Edition" items are a one of a kind only and can not be recreated the same way, these items can not be replaced as they were.
